Known History:
The name of the original purchaser is unknown, but was a California car and was always kept in private collections for many  years. At one time this car was owned by Buddy LeRoux, part owner of the Boston Red Sox, who by the late 1980s had assets of over $100 million, including oil wells, greyhound racing dogs and antique cars.  LeRoux lost a takeover attempt to get complete control of the Boston Red Sox from the Yawky family and the Yawky family took him to court, where he lost.  LeRoux also owned the Suffolk Downs Race Track horse racing track in Boston from 1986-1989.  Later LeRoux came upon hard times and in 1992 he filed for bankruptcy.  This car was seized by the IRS and later sold at an IRS auction. Two owners later it is now owned by the present owner and is part of the TP Car Collection in Canfield, Ohio.

A true classic car, complete with golf club compartment, rumble seat and other features.  This picture was taken at the 2011 Cadillac-LaSalle Grand Nationals in Columbus, Ohio, where it won a 1st place "Senior" in its class against tough competition. The underside of this car is just as fine as the exterior, and the maroon leather interior is in perfect condition, as is the chrome and every other detail of this fine car.

Top down and ready for a nice afternoon drive.  This car has the original Cadillac 340 cubic inch V8 engine and 134" long wheel base.  The Dual-Ray pilot lights turn when steering wheel is turned.  An older restoration that was shown at Pebble Beach.  This car won a 1st prize "Senior" at the 2011 Cadillac-LaSalle Grand Nationals in Columbus, Ohio, receiving 99 points out of a possible 100.  Car is now on display at our car museum - stop in soon!  Admission is Free every Saturday from 10 AM to 3:30 PM.

Big Cadillac Flat Head 340 cubic inch original V8 engine provides plenty of power for this beauty.
We now have two LaSalle Convertibles in our collection and both are prize-winners.
1939 LaSalle Convertible Coupe and 1930 LaSalle Convertible Coupe are the finest examples anywhere.

Just In - 1963 Pontiac Bonneville 2-door Hardtop

New to our collection is this beautiful 1963 Bonneville 2-Door Hardtop, which has had only 3 owners since new.  First owner purchased the car new in 1963 and kept it for 33 years before trading in on a new car in 1996.  An employee of the dealership knew a good car when he saw it and purchased it, keeping it for only 3 years, selling it in 1998 to the previous owner, who kept the car for 13 years, selling it to us in July of 2011.

The car was taken down to bare metal in 2002 and professionally repainted in the original Saddle Tan Metallic finish.  Engine was rebuilt by bu Rombold Machine in Beaver Falls, PA and interior was removed, new carpets were added and the entire car was put into "as new" condition.  Actually the car appears to be better than new, as there is not even one small nick on the finish.  Chrome is perfect and engine compartment is outstanding.  Undoubtedly this is one of the finest examples of a restored 1963 Pontiac anywhere and we are very fortunate that it is part of our collection.

Dual power antennas add a nice touch and while not original, dual exhausts have been added.  Fender skirts were an optional accessory.  Trunk space is huge and nicely detailed inside, with spare tire cover in the original material.  Car runs good, sounds good, stops well and is as good as it gets!   Always on display at the TP Car Museum in Canfield, Ohio unless it is at a local car show or on display elsewhere.  Stop in any Saturday from 10 AM to 3 PM.  Museum is open to the public and admittance is free.

In the 60s, Pontiac boasted as having very attractive interiors and this one is no exception.  If you look closely at the roof line (top right of roof), you will see that the car has what appears to be roof bows to simulate the look of a convertible top. Not quickly noticeable, but add a nice touch to the overall appearance of this beautiful car.

Not to be outdone, the engine compartment of this car is almost breathtaking. Original 389 cubic inch Pontiac engine with four barrel carburetor was professionally rebuilt and runs quietly. This engine made Pontiac one of the fastest "muscle cars" at the time and many Pontiacs made during the 1960s were seen at the local drag strips. Everything under the hood is as it was in 1963, other than adding an alternator and Optima battery, which has a convenient on-off switch and a small fused bypass wire to keep the clock running while battery is turned off for storage.  Previous owner changed the oil on a regular basis and maintained a log book, showing a list of service that was performed on the car during his ownership.  We will continue to maintain this car in the same manner and take good care of it in the future.

Model A Ford Tudor - Purchased at Spring Carlisle

Here is a nice Model A - an older restoration, but still looks real good and runs nicely. We found this at the Car Corral at Spring Carlisle 2011.  All chrome and stainless has been redone, has new tires and fenders, beautiful new mohair interior and is a nice addition to our collection.  This car was recently converted to a vintage Police Car, with red light on roof and lettering on sides.  This 1930 Police Car is on display in our car museum.  Stop in when  you are in the area!

Vintage Taxi Cab is ready for business!

We recently purchased this nice 1931 Chevrolet Taxi Cab.  Rates were very reasonable in 1931 at only 5c per Quarter Mile! Car has a new interior and all new chrome - ready to do some serious business in the Canfield, Ohio area.  Has a newly rebuilt engine and runs like new.  One of our more popular cars and a rare find.

Fare meter was made in 1923 in Dayton, Ohio and is still in working order. When "Vacant" sign is pushed down the meter starts to run. What a nice addition to our car collection.

1958 Lincoln Continental 2dr. Hard Top

What a beautiful car with only 52,000 original miles and original interior. This car has been carefully maintained and serviced over its lifetime and always stored indoors. Paint, chrome and interior are perfect and under the hood is spotless.

Rear view of this 4802 pound vehicle is striking.  This is the largest unit body car ever built with a wheelbase of 131" and equipped with a 375 HP/ 430 cubic inch V8 engine for plenty of power.  Originally a California car and not one mark or spec of rust anywhere.  Car looks, rides and runs like it did when purchased in 1958.

The Continental Mark III's "breezeway" power roll down rear window makes it distinctive from all other Lincoln models in 1958.  Open this window and the power fly windows and forget about air conditioning, as it is not needed.  This car has five cigarette lighters, but none have ever been used.  A remarkable "survivor" from better times.

Under the hood is even nicer than the exterior and is a beauty to behold. One of the most powerful cars made in 1958 and Lincoln undoubtedly lost money on each one built.

1947 Ford Convertible with low mileage

This car was delivered new in 1947 to the American Embassy in China, where it spent much of its life, where it was driven about 19,000 miles.  Original speedometer was in Kilometers.  Later the car was returned to the US and driven another 11,000 miles before finding its way to our car museum in Canfield, Ohio.  Total original combined mileage on this fine car is just over 30,000 and it is 100% original.  One of the nicest running Ford flat head V8s anywhere. Has nice brown leather interior, new tan convertible top and many accessories.

1917 Buick 4-dr. Touring - our oldest car

The previous owner worked on this car for 35 years.  Wooden spoke wheels must have taken weeks to restore.  Engine has been rebuilt and runs nicely.  Interior and top are both new and paint is flawless.  On the passenger side running board is a luggage rack to hold a suitcase in place while driving. The driver side running board has a unique tool box that is heavy enough to stand on when entering car. The jack and 6-volt battery are both stored under the seats.  Car has a 35 HP, 4 cylinder engine.  An oil can is mounted on the fire wall, so that the open-top mechanism of the engine can be lubricated before and during use.   Extra-cost options include a unique spot light and front and rear bumpers.

Currently on display are the following cars:

1917 Buick 4-door Touring Sedan - restored. This Buick is one of our feature cars.
